Our first collaboration in India was in 2018 at the Bainada Adarsh Vidyha Mandir, a primary school in Abanheri, India. With around 250 students at the time of their application, this school needed a delivery of desks and benches before anything else. While most of our work, including at this school, involves construction projects, in this instance the urgent need was clear. Since then, we have had multiple projects on-site, and even though it is not part of an established nonprofit, the school has a great approach to community engagement.
